El último hereje Story: Juan Conte is a world-renowned atheist author. He often debates with priests and rabbis, presenting strong and challenging arguments. His coldness and self-confidence know no bounds, until he suffers a heart attack. After receiving a transplant, a change will begin in his personal life after meeting Miriam, a nurse who admires him and seems to share his lack of belief, opening up the possibility of having a relationship for the first time. The couple begins to be stalked by a mysterious man, who is later killed by a shadowy, strange figure. Looking for peace, Juan and Miriam settle in her house in the country, but the mysterious threat pursues the writer is far from leaving him alone. Juan will be involved in an infernal spiral of horror and pain, in which his vision of reality will be put to the test.
